Christmas 2010

As the New Year begins, we had many events go on at the end of the year starting with Christmas. On the 18th, we celebrated Christmas with the Wiles family at my sister's house. Phillip flew down to celebrate and we had other guests to share in the holidays. Although everything seemed normal, the loss of my brother was in everybody's heart. Looking at little Trinity, made it hard to just completely disregard his memory. It was kind of quiet without him there, no little jokes or tickling attacks, or random bear hugs. It was nice though to spend time with everyone. However, it was cut short because on this day as well, Mom "surprised" her fiance, Anthony, and got married that night as well with the whole family there. We followed them to Anthony's parent's house and his dad officiated the ceremony. It was short and sweet with just family and a couple friends to share in this special moment between the two of them. Congratulations to the two of you.

After that weekend, we thought surely that baby Jaxon would come but he has continued to make us wait. We celebrated Brian's birthday on the 22nd at our house, which was quiet, just the way Brian likes it. We were also able to celebrate Christmas at Brian's parent's house on the 23rd and the girl's spent Christmas Eve at Brian's grandparent's house. Brian and I flew down to the hospital thinking I was in labor and all it happened to be was a little dehydration and a 24hr bug. That was not fun.

We spent Christmas at home. The girls woke up and found their stockings. They were so excited. We had those upstairs and then continued downstairs to see what they had under the tree. We themed this Christmas with games. So when we were done, it was a fun day of playing games...ALL DAY! They fit right in with the McEacherns! It was a great Christmas. We woke up to a white Christmas! It was beautiful!

Now we are just waiting on Jaxon to get here. I had an appointment on Thursday and there was no change. Since I was induced with both girls and had similar issues with not dilating, I asked to be induced. The Dr. scheduled me for Jan. 3rd so we should get to see him very soon! We are all very excited to welcome him into this world. The Lord knows we are ready for him to be here:o)
