Fall Harvest Party and Trunk or Treat
Every year our church puts on a Fall Harvest Party. Everyone dresses up and the kids play on the big blow up jumpers and then go get all sugared up with the treats they receive. The girls always have a blast. This year, Ella dressed up as Belle and Ava dressed up as Snow White. They looked adorable. Gramma and Grampa came down and Aunt Jess and Uncle Kev brought Maddox the Fire Fighter and Dominic. They all loved to go and fill up their bags full of treats. I especially love the people who pass out fruit snacks. They must be parents! Here are some pictures of the kids:o)

Family Birthday Party for Ella
Ella's Birthday Parties
I just want to say, that I love birthday parties but never again will I have two in the same weekend! It was a lot of fun but way too much work. Getting that out of the way, I am just amazed at Ella as she turned 4 this year. She has grown up so much. She is a great big sister and definitely Mommy's little helper. So this year, Ella wanted a princess party. There is a little place in Cleveland called the Princess Parlor that puts on parties. They pick out a dress, get their hair, nail, and make-up done. Then they eat cupcakes and tea, sing Happy Birthday and open presents. After that, they even get to learn a couple dances. Ella and her friends had a blast. It was a fabulous birthday! Then the following day, we had the whole family and some friends come for cake and ice cream at the house. It was a full house but it was so nice to get together with everyone! Ella is one loved little girl and she ate it up with all the attention! Here are some pictures of the weekend.

The River Maze
October 17
After church, we decided to meet the Queen Family at the River Maze. I was unable to stay because I had to drive down to Atl. for a baby shower. I did get to go to the pumpkin patch so they could pick out pumpkins. The girls and Maddox picked out there own pumpkin but there favorite part was the hayride there and back. After I left, they went through the cornmaze. I heard Ella and Maddox had to be relieved of there leadership duties because they were leading everyone in circles:o) They had lots of fun being with each other. It is always fun getting together with cousins!

Marshmellow, Marshmellow, Chocolate Bar!
On October 16, we had our annual Sunday school bonfire. This year, the big event there for the girls was making smore's. A very popular Veggie Tale song from our house encouraged their curiosity. Ella and Ava were leary of the large fire pit so Daddy had to prepare the smore but they enjoyed eating it! We also went on a hayride and visited with friends. Ella got a little closer to riding the mule than last year. She petted him but still refused to take a ride on him. Here are some pictures at the bonfire.
